White enamel and diamond brooch

A very stylish oval shape brooch, designed as a lattice of intersecting quatrefoils, enamelled in opaque white and highlighted with rose cut diamonds.

The diamonds and enamel on silver backed with gold, the enamel with a matt finish.

Though not French the piece carries a French import mark on the pin, the piece could be Austrian or Swiss. around 1910.

36mm wide by 16mm high, Weight 7.8 grams.

A couple of minor nibbles to the enamel at the edge, visible in the photos, no restoration.
