All purchases with the exception of special orders and bespoke items, can be exchanged or credited if returned within 28 days in the condition they were bought. No items can be refunded.
All items on the site are subject to availability and may be previously sold.
Copyright for items designed by Hortons remain with us, other suppliers' products are subject to their own copyright.
Horton makes no guarantee to supply items illustrated on this website which may be unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
All services offered are conditional on the nature or feasibility of the work required.

At Horton jewellers,we are committed to protecting your privacy. We comply in all respects with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We do not capture and store any information about any individuals who access this website, except where you choose to provide us with your personal details by e-mail, or by otherwise enquiring about or ordering any of our services.
If you enter into an agreement with us for the provision of any of our services, we will retain and store the information you give us on the contract document and other associated information you provide to us.
How do we use it?
If we retain your personal information as a result of an enquiry you make to us about our services, we will only use that information in replying reply to you alone.
Where you have entered into a purchase/agreement with us, we will use the information in the administration of that agreement and, where you have consented to this further use, to contact you to offer complimentary services, or to pass your details to selected other businesses for that purpose.

Prize drawers.
From time to time we may offer a prize drawer. One entry per household. No purchase is necessary.The drawer will take place on the closing date stated and the winner will be informed by post. The name of the winner will be available on request in writing from Horton London. Prize drawers are only open to UK residents.
The closing date for the next prize drawer is 31st October2006. The winner will be informed by post before 10th November 2006.
Gift voucher prizes.
Vouchers given as prizes will be valid from 12 months of issue. there is no cash alternative. The winner may donate the voucher to a charity of their choice if desired.Vouchers are only available to be spent on items we have currently in stock.
