Old cut diamond ring

An old mine cut diamond of approx 1.40 carats in platinum and 18ct gold mount.

Our brief was to make an interesting yet simple ring, the client was keen on sustainability but did not necessarily want an antique ring, they chose the option of mounting an antique diamond, in this case around 150 years old, in a simple mount fashioned from recycled gold. The result is an elegant ring which can be worn daily.
